Join a study for IBS-D with abdominal pain.
Remington-Davis is working with Ironwood Pharmaceuticals to find volunteers with IBS-D (Irritable Bowel Syndrome with diarrhea), to participate in a clinical research study. The purpose of the study is to determine how well the study medication (MD-7246) treats abdominal pain related to IBS-D. MD-7246 is a delayed release formulation of the medication Linzess.
The study is 12 weeks long and consists of 6 office visits. Visits may include physical exams, blood pressure, labs, and questionnaires. You will also complete an electronic diary at home to record your ongoing symptoms. Only patients who meet the study requirements will receive the study medication. Study required medical procedures and medication are provided at no cost.
Qualified participants will be compensated up to $570 for time and travel.
