Patient Recruitment
Patient Recruitment
Our large, pre-screened patient database gives us a strong foundation to support recruitment across a wide range of endocrine studies. We have the tools and strategies to find qualified study participants quickly. And with a nearly 37% diversity rate, our outreach efforts also align with current FDA guidance around inclusive enrollment.
Patient Management
Patient Management
Managing long-term endocrinology studies requires sustained participant engagement. With personalized communication, flexible visit scheduling, and free transportation services—among other conveniences—we help patients stay enrolled, supporting our 97% patient retention rate.
Data Collection
Data Collection
At RDI, clinical data is entered into our EDC system the same day it’s collected, giving sponsors real-time visibility into site performance. With extensive experience leading hybrid and decentralized trials, we help reduce patient burden, extend study reach, and keep trials moving forward without compromising data quality or compliance.
Regulatory Compliance
Regulatory Compliance
Endocrinology trials often involve combination therapies, biologics, or device-drug integrations. Our team is skilled at managing these complexities, maintaining protocol compliance, timely submissions, and adherence to ICH-GCP standards. We offer full support from site initiation to close-out.
Highlights of our extensive endocrine clinical research
Top Enroller in Cortisol Blocker Diabetes Study
In a trial for patients with difficult-to-control type 2 diabetes, the study first assessed the prevalence of hypercortisolism and then evaluated whether a cortisol receptor blocker could improve glycemic control. Our site enrolled 73 participants into the prevalence phase and 48 into the treatment phase—placing us among the top enrolling sites nationwide.
Rapid Enrollment in CGM Adhesive Device Study
In a device study evaluating a next-generation continuous glucose monitor adhesive designed to last 30 days instead of one week, we were assigned an enrollment goal of 36 patients with type 2 diabetes. We met the target in just two weeks.
Exceeding Targets in Multi-Agonist Incretin Trial
In a Phase 2 trial of a multi-agonist incretin therapy for type 2 diabetes, our site was tasked with enrolling 6 participants. We nearly doubled the goal—screening 13 and randomizing 11—with zero patients lost to follow-up.
