6.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your enrollment status and the nature of your inquiry or participation.
6.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Remington-Davis is not responsible for any charges incurred.
6.5 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. Remington-Davis is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability may vary by carrier and device.
6.7 Emergency Services
